Terms of Service: Eterno Jewels

1. Scope of Service

Eterno Jewels operates as a professional jewelry manufacturer and retailer specializing in B2B wholesale, exhibition sales, and B2C bespoke jewelry.

By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

2. Manufacturing & Lead Times

As we specialize in handcrafted and custom-made pieces, the following timelines apply:

Standard Manufacturing: Generally requires 3 to 4 weeks from the date of design finalization.

Customization Projects: Bespoke designs typically require 3 to 5 weeks depending on the complexity of the design and stone selection.

Timeline Variations: While we strive to meet all deadlines, these are estimates.

We will notify you immediately if any significant delays occur due to stone sourcing or production complexity.

3. Customization & Bespoke Orders

Approval: For custom orders, production begins only after the client provides final written approval of the design/CAD.

Changes: Any changes requested after production has started may incur additional labor and material costs.

Non-Refundable Policy: Due to the personalized nature of custom-made and bespoke jewelry, these items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is a manufacturing defect.

4. B2B & Exhibition Sales

Wholesale Terms: Business-to-business (B2B) transactions may be subject to separate Purchase Agreements.

Exhibitions: Items purchased at trade shows or exhibitions are sold under the specific terms provided at the time of sale.

5. Pricing & Payments

All prices are subject to change without notice due to the fluctuating market prices of precious metals (Gold/Platinum) and gemstones.

For custom orders, a deposit (typically 50%) is required before manufacturing commences, with the balance due prior to shipment.

6. Shipping & International Duties

We ship globally from Hong Kong.

Import Duties: For international orders, the recipient is responsible for all import duties, taxes, and customs fees levied by the destination country.

7. Product Representation

We make every effort to display the colors and textures of our gemstones and metals accurately.

However, because natural gemstones (rubies, emeralds, diamonds) have unique characteristics, slight variations between the digital image and the physical product may occur.

8. Limitation of Liability

Eterno Jewels shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from delays in manufacturing or shipping that are beyond our reasonable control.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (HKSAR).

Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Hong Kong courts.
